2020/2021 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

We are still accepting new registration for U13 and below.  For further registration information, please contact the Registrar at: registrar@pocominorhockey.com

 

Returning Players must register by August 15 2020. After that date, registration to divisions that have met capacity threshold is closed.

New players can register until Sept. 15, 2020. Priority is given to our returning players for divisions that have not met capacity threshold.

 

Please read the registration page to proceed with your online registration. You will need your child's Hockey Canada ID, email  registrar@pocominorhockey.com if you need the Hockey Canada ID.

U21 (Formerly Juvenile 2002/2001/2000


Team Fees not included. Teams collect funds from each family to cover additional costs for tournaments, socks, wind-up party, trophies, etc.*


***Rep Tryouts are optional. If you declare your intent by registering to tryout, this fee is Non-Refundable.

Funding is available through KidSport, JumpStart & A4K

 

 

We will take installments on credit card payments only you can still pay in full on your credit card if you want. Mail all cheques to:

E-transfer to etransfer@pocominorhockey.com. If you need to make arrangements for longer payment than 3 months please email president@pocominorhockey.com. PCMHA is not responsible for any bank fees for payments. A $50.00 NSF fee will apply to any cheques returned.

 

Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations received before August 15th refund less $50 admin fee, September 30th refund less 50% of base registration, October 15th no REFUND-exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by the Executive Directors. It is the responsibility of the player/family to fill out the Refund Policy Form found on the website www.pocominorhockey.com.

 

  • ** Adjustment to  2020/2021 season refund policy due to COVID -19.
    • PCMHA is a non-profit society.  In an event of a shutdown, we will issue a prorated refund to all of our members after meeting our fixed cost financial obligations i.e. used ice sessions fees, insurance, storage, website, etc.
