2024/2025 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

** REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED FOR 2024/2025**

 

Returning Players must register by June 30 2024. After that date, registration to divisions that have met capacity threshold is closed. We may wait ist players if the capacity is not met for any given division. Ensure to register early.

 

New players can register until August 15, 2024. Priority is given to our returning players for divisions that have not met capacity threshold.

 

Please read the registration page to proceed with your online registration. You will need your child's Hockey Canada ID, email registrar@pocominorhockey.com if you need the Hockey Canada ID.

 

Please note the name changes for your child's age group:

 

U7 (2018/2019) - $595.00

U9 (2017/2016) - $735.00

U11 (2015/2014) - $790.00 ($420.00 for U11 Goalie)

U13 (2013/2012) - $815.00 ($432.50 for U13 Goalie)

U15 (2011/2010) - $840.00 ($450.00 for U15 Goalie)

U18 (2009/2008/2007) - $940.00 ($495 for U18 Goalie)

Team Fees not included. Teams collect funds from each family to cover additional costs for tournaments, socks, wind-up party, trophies, etc.*

***Rep Tryouts are optional. If you declare your intent by registering to try out, this fee is Non-Refundable. Rep Tryouts will be $175.00 for all age groups, including Goalies***

 

Funding is available through KidSport, JumpStart & A4K

 

We will take instalments on credit card payments only you can still pay in full on your credit card if you want. Mail all cheques to:

E-transfer to etransfer@pocominorhockey.com. If you need to make arrangements for longer payment than 3 months please email president@pocominorhockey.com. PCMHA is not responsible for any bank fees for payments. A $50.00 NSF fee will apply to any cheques returned.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• • Cancellations received before August 15^th refund less $50 admin fee, September 30^th refund less 50% of base registration, October 15^th no REFUND-exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by the Executive Directors. It is the responsibility of the player/family to fill out the Refund Policy Form found on the website www.pocominorhockey.com Managers Corner > Forms > Cheque-Requisition-Form.

 

Early Bird Discount:

• • The registration rates between April 15 to June 30 includes a $50 early bird discount.  The registration fee increases by $50 after June 30. Register early and take advantage of the early bird discount.

 

Registration Note:

If you are paying by e-transfer, ensure to select offline payment to complete your registration.
